What is ProSure?
At Newline, we know that tiled showers need more than a great finish. Behind the tiles, the shower tray, waterproofing, drainage and shower enclosure all need to work together to help protect the bathroom from water damage.
That is why we created ProSure.
ProSure is a fully integrated waterproof tiled shower system, designed for projects where reliability, consistency and a high-quality tiled finish are important. It combines a pre-formed shower tray, waterproof wall membrane and compatible Newline doorset into one coordinated system.
What is included in the ProSure system?
The ProSure Tile System is made up of three key components:
- A pre-formed shower tray
- A waterproof wall membrane
- A compatible Newline doorset
You can choose from two system options:
- Tray, membrane and Acclaim hinged doorset
- Tray, membrane and Ravello sliding doorset
The system is available in 2-sided and 3-sided configurations, with point or channel drain options. Channel drains are included with the system, while point drains are sold separately. A recessed shelf can also be added separately.
By designing these components to work together, ProSure creates continuous water containment through the shower area and helps reduce risk at the critical junctions between the tray, wall membrane and shower enclosure.
Built to be sure
With a traditional tiled shower, the shower base, waterproofing and enclosure can come from separate suppliers. This can leave installers and project teams responsible for managing multiple product interfaces during installation.
ProSure takes a complete-system approach. The tray, waterproofing and doorset are designed to work together, giving you a more coordinated solution from the start.
The pre-formed tray also removes some of the variability that can come with site-formed shower bases, helping create a more consistent substrate ready for tiling.
Suitable for a range of projects
ProSure is compatible with tiled finishes and can be used across a range of common substrate types, including timber, tile and slate underlay, concrete slab, suspended concrete in multi-storey buildings and acoustic flooring.
It is a practical solution for medium-density housing, high-density apartments and commercial projects, where a repeatable and reliable tiled shower system is needed.
Designed to support compliance
When installed in accordance with Newline’s instructions and approved waterproofing systems, the ProSure Tile System is designed to support compliance with the New Zealand Building Code, including Clause E3 Internal Moisture.
ProSure is backed by a 15-Year Warranty, giving added confidence for the people specifying, installing and living with the finished shower.
How is ProSure installed?
ProSure is installed as a complete shower system, with the pre-formed tray, waterproof wall membrane and compatible doorset designed to work together. The process includes preparing the shower area, installing and levelling the tray and drain, applying the wall membrane and waterproofing, tiling the shower area, and installing the selected Acclaim hinged or Ravello sliding doorset.
